I felt that I needed to consult with someone with experience, someone willing to listen, understand my journey and make me realize if I was on the right track. And, by chance, I ended up with Alexandru Andone and started doing coaching sessions. I quickly realized that it was exactly what I needed at that moment and together we went through topics ranging from personal mindset to business structure and organizational culture. All the discussions held helped me to realize what I am doing well and what I can improve.
