I became an entrepreneur after having worked in corporate environments my entire life. The startup I founded had a great kick-off but I was unconfident, overworked and lacked enthusiasm. I had no idea what I should do next to scale and grow the business. I’ve started to have both coaching and mentoring sessions with Alex which gave be both the mindset to be bold and grow my business to success as well as the practical tools to be able to implement a proper management system in my company. This allowed us to grow like we never expected but at the same time I allowed myself to take care of my private life by creating a routine that keeps me fresh and focused on whatever comes up.
